Paradigm
Due to heavy load on current APRS networks it is recommended to use this type of configuration.
|
Paradigm is a set of rules that fit the best in to the current objectives of the APRS networks:
- Reduce traffic
- Direct traffic to the closest I-gate
- Allow 'intresting' stations like mobile and weather to have maximum bandwidth in the APRS network.
- Add usefull feateres to the APRS network.
It is not the intention of this website to give a full description of the new paradigm rules. The example in this how to of paradigm is a best-practise of all the rules that apply to paradigm.
